A total of 171 candidates sat the Common Registration Assessment (CRA) in Northern Ireland on 24 June 2025 with 153 candidates passing the assessment – an overall pass rate 89.5%.
This remarkable accomplishment showcases the commitment and diligence of the trainee pharmacists, qualities they will undoubtedly carry forward into their pharmacy careers.
The CRA ensures that trainees have the knowledge and skills to practice safely and effectively. Passing the CRA is a vital element of being eligible to apply to join the Register of pharmacists.
President of the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society NI, Dr Geraldine O’Hare, said:
“I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to all who have successfully passed the registration assessment.
