The Statutory Committee of the Pharmaceutical Society NI met on 10 September 2026 to consider an application that Ronald Walter McGlaughlin be restored to the Register of the Pharmaceutical Society NI. In accordance with paragraph 9(6) of Schedule 3 of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976, the Statutory Committee approved the application, subject to Conditions.

The Statutory Committee of the Pharmaceutical Society NI met in private on 30 July 2026 in relation to the fitness to practise of Stephen Joseph McClelland (Registration Number: 6802). The Statutory Committee considers that the Registrant’s fitness to practise is currently impaired and in accordance with paragraph 7 (2) (d) of Schedule3to the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976, the Committee imposed a sanction of Suspension on the Registrant for a period of 12 months.

This decision is an “appealable fitness to practise decision“ in accordance with paragraph 10 (1) (b) of Schedule 3 to the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976. The direction of the Committee takes effect in accordance with paragraph 11 of Schedule 3 to the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976.  The Committee considered the imposition of an Interim Measure was appropriate in accordance with paragraph 11 of Schedule 3 to the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 therefore the Registrant will be suspended forthwith pending the coming into force of the direction for suspension.

The Statutory Committee of the Pharmaceutical Society NI met on 16 April 2026 to consider allegations of misconduct in relation to the fitness to practise of Aiden Graham.

In accordance with paragraph 7(2)(c) of Schedule 3 to the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976, the Committee directed that the name of Aiden Graham (5158), be struck off the register held by the Registrar in accordance with Article 6(1) of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976.

This decision is an “appealable fitness to practise decision” in accordance with paragraph 10(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976.

The direction of the Committee will take effect in accordance Paragraph 11 of Schedule 3 to the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976.

Pursuant to Paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 3 of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976, as an interim measure, a period of suspension was ordered until the period of appeal has expired, or in the event of an appeal being lodged, until the date on which the appeal is disposed of.

In accordance with para 7(2)(c) of Schedule 3 to the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976, the Committee directed that the name of Richard Lyness (4306), be struck off the register held by the Registrar in accordance with Article 6(1) of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976.

This decision is an “appealable fitness to practise decision” in accordance with paragraph 10(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976.

The direction of the Committee will take effect in accordance Paragraph 11 of Schedule 3 to the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976.
