The Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (Indemnity Arrangements) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022, come into effect today (21st November 2022).
These regulations revoke and replace the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (Indemnity Arrangements) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014, correcting procedural and typographical errors.
The new regulations do not change a pharmacist’s obligations in relation to indemnity arrangements.
