Voluntary removal of a Pharmacist from the Register

Following an application under Regulation 7 of the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (Fitness to Practise and Disqualification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 for the voluntary removal of their name from the Register.  The Registrar has approved the removal of Gillian Nixon, registration number 4689, from the Register on 16 January 2024.
